Jennifer has been a fan of motorcycles since age 6, when she loved to watch CHiPs on TV. In the second grade, she liked wearing her olive green pants tucked into her black motorcycle-style boots. For reasons that neither Jennifer nor her mom, Pat, can explain, Jennifer never actually piloted a motorized bicycle until approximately age 14. That's when she would ride her friend Lisa's scooter around Lisa's neighborhood. Shhh, Pat never knew about these outings! Jennifer's first official motorcycle driving experience was in 1998, at age 26.83, when she took the MSF course in preparation for getting her motorcycle driver's license.
Jennifer is doing this project as part of a class called Self Expression and Leadership Program. It's a Landmark Education course in which participants work on a "community project" of their choosing.
